From the countryside of broader upbringing experiences to acquiring a BSc. Honors degree in Applied Biochemistry from the University of Namibia, Mr Ndawedapo sought out a general workers job at a construction site in Brakwater by turning to his brother who worked there. He later on made acquaintances with the owner of the state of the art factory under construction who later employed him at the factory after its construction which is known today as Namibia Plastics and Packaging Distributors where he started off as an Assistant Operator on the extrusion department of plastics manufacturing. After going through lengthy training of the new technology machinery in Namibia and Polymer chemistry from Sasol - South Africa, he rose up the ranks from Operator, Quality Assurer to Factory Production Assistant. These critical career positions allowed him to harness managerial and planning skills that magically enhanced his business acumen consequently leading to the establishment of a solvent waste solution to his then employer , first of its kind in Namibia known today as the solvent recycling wink of Industrialink.
As a visionary he’s set to transform Industrialink into an international leader in sustainable biochemicals manufacturing.
